23 years, including 3 years of architectural experience in Florence, Italy.
His architectural background encompasses experience with
notable architectural firms.
Project experience includes collaboration with the distinguished international
architects, Bruno Gemignani of Florence, Italy, and Ricardo Legorreta of Mexico.

He obtained a Bachelor of Architecture Degree with highest honors from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA in 1982. His experience includes a wide range of project types including single family custom homes, multi-family housing, university housing, civic buildings, office/commercial, educational facilities, and tenant improvements. He has extensive expertise in all the different phase of project development ranging from programming, design, planning and construction documents through administration of the construction process.
